This reference (in Swedish) is about the Swedish Prime Minister (Göran Persson) stating that under the new law Ministers of the Gospel will no longer be allowed to declare homosexuality as something “unnatural”. Translated into your language it reads (in part): Will ministers be allowed to say from the pulpit that homosexuality is something unnatural (Sw.: "onaturligt")? On Wednesday the Parliament (Sw. "Riksdagen") will make a decision about the new and much debated law that will prohibit incitement against homosexuals. But the leaders of the parties are not in agreement on how the constitutional amendment is to be interpreted. The opponents argue that the law could make it a criminal offence to preach and to print certain passages of the Bible.Göran Persson and Maud Olofsson answered no to the question on whether priests and pastors under the new incitement law would be allowed to say from the pulpit that homosexuality is unnatural.
